Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (Development and External Relations) (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 528663) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal) 

Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree with at least 1-2 years’ full-time work experience in communications, public relations, event management or a related field. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua. They should be good team players with excellent communications, organisational and presentation skills. They should also have a high level of computer literacy which proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc.) and experience in creating and designing social media post content would be a distinct advantage.

The appointee will support the Faculty’s Development and External Relations team in implementing corporate communications strategies for brand promotion, coordinating and organizing a variety of events. The appointee will also support content creation for online and offline communications collaterals, including but not limited to speeches, eNews, press release, eDMs, presentations and videos for various social media platforms; and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
