Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree, with at least 8 years of full-time work experience in corporate business development, relationship management, recruitment, or related fields, demonstrating strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Applicants should be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership. Given the fast-paced nature of the role and the need to engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders, a sense of urgency is essential for success. Proactive and driven applicants, with a strong industry network, who demonstrates a passion for talent development, and a commitment to supporting the growth of others, would be highly valued. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement, with proficiency in Chinese considered an advantage.
The appointee will work at the Faculty's Cyberport campus, supporting the Career Development and Training Services of MBA programmes. Responsibilities include engaging with recruiting partners to identify their hiring needs, collaborating with corporate partners to organize customized events such as company recruitment talks, international career treks, leadership and industry forums, etc. The appointee will also be responsible for managing career resources, overseeing the logistics and administration of different projects and initiatives.
