The Role
- Maintain and troubleshoot advanced scientific equipment to ensure peak performance
- Train users and offer technical support to facilitate research efforts
- Provide technical consultation, guidance on experimental design, and protocol optimization to research teams
- Validate, develop, and optimize protocols for new platforms or applications
- Train junior staff in advanced technical skills to promote team professional growth
- Organize technical seminars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events
Qualifications and Qualities
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
- Experience in biomedical research and/or imaging/flow cytometry technology is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to details and dedication to ongoing skill development
- Self-motivated, responsible, and enjoy teamwork
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
