Programme Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.:532594) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a good Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' work experience, preferably in the education sector or in public relations related fields.  They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; as well as a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as PivotTable and Formulas.  They are also expected to be good team players, possess strong organisational and logical thinking skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently with initiative while handling multiple tasks.  Experience in database management and programming is preferred.  Applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment as an Executive Assistant.

The appointee is expected to work with the team in collecting, consolidating, managing and analysing data, as well as conducting business analysis to facilitate strategic planning for the University’s admissions.  He/She is also expected to assist with the operation of undergraduate admissions, such as processing applications, coordinating interviews, liaising with faculties and units, and performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.  The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
