The appointment is expected to commence as soon as possible, for a one-year temporary contract or a two-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. A highly competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience, will be offered, along with annual leave and medical benefits. (The two-year fixed-term appointment includes contract-end gratuity and a university contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of the basic salary.)
