Clerk I in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 532380), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.

Applicants should hold a good Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years’ clerical/administrative experience, preferably in tertiary institutions or hospitals.  They should demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, possess advanced IT knowledge, and exhibit mature interpersonal, patient handling, and communication skills, including a professional telephone manner. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, capable of working independently, and able to perform effectively under pressure. The position involves providing leadership to Clerk II and includes supporting the operations of imaging units in Finance, HR, and administrative functions, as well as other assigned responsibilities. Additionally, duties include delivering exceptional customer service in the reception office of the imaging units, assisting in the preparation of medical reports, and liaising with HA hospitals and private clinics for referral cases.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
