Research Assistant I/II in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 536280) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics or other related disciplines. They should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in programming language (e.g., R, Python), and a willingness to learn new skills. Applicants should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a high level of efficiency, with good organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
The appointee will be responsible for advanced data analysis and other duties as assigned. Our team conducts electronic-health-record studies in areas including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, perinatal psychiatry, using machine learning and risk prediction algorithms.
