Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) (several posts) in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 534075) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ full-time work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent organizational and communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. They should have a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and the ability to work well as part of a team. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.
The appointees will perform a wide spectrum of administrative tasks, providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the program team. They will assist in the coordination and management of academic programmes, including scheduling, registration and communication with students and faculty. They will also organize and coordinate various program-related events and preparing necessary materials. Additionally, they will handle general office administration and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written assessments.
