Temporary Student Affairs Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Careers and Placement Section of the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) (Ref.: 533836) (to commence as soon as possible, on a 4-month temporary contract basis).

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in event support and office administrative work. Fresh graduates are welcome. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing). Experience in using WIX, Photoshop, and video editing software would be an advantage. Applicants should possess effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility and ethics are essential.

The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative support to career events and programmes, as well as daily operations of the job platform. Key duties include: (1) career event logistic arrangement; (2) communication with vendors; (3) promotion and registration; (4) attendance record update; (5) job platform account verification; (6) coordination of job applications; (7) webpage update; (8) enquiry handling; and any other tasks as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
