Applications are invited for appointment as Associate Professor of Practice in Management and Strategy in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533717), to commence on July 1, 2026 or as soon as possible, on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should possess a master’s degree and have a minimum of 12 years of professional work experience, with demonstrated leadership in emerging technologies and innovation. The successful candidate is expected to possess strong teaching skills and deliver high-quality teaching. Expertise in Generative AI, climate initiatives, and eCommerce ventures will be considered an advantage.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
