Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 530861) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree in tertiary institution(s). They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). They should also have high proficiency in the MS Office applications (especially in Excel); good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; the ability to multi-task and work independently; and be self-motivated.
The appointee will be primarily involved in the admissions process of a new programme offered by the School of Nursing, including but not limited to processing applications and offers, arranging interviews, conducting analyses, and other related tasks. The appointee may have to work on weekends or outside regular office hours in special circumstances, and perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
