Clerk I/II (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant) in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref. 530695) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good computer proficiency, especially in using Microsoft Office software; strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; strong problem-solving skills and be able to work within a tight schedule. Those with more experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk I.
The appointee will provide clerical and general support to the teaching programmes of the Department; liaise and coordinate with internal units and external organizations; assist in organizing activities and events of the Department; and perform any other duties as assigned.
